If you're running Windows N or Windows Pro N, you will need to install the media feature pack found in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Optional Features. Try temporarily disabling your antivirus or other security software and see if that allows the game to run. If you do, try disabling or uninstalling it and try running the game. Please check to see if you have MSI Afterburner or any other graphics card over-clocking or “boosting” software. Please make sure that Windows is completely up-to-date and there are no updates waiting to be installed. Try reinstalling your graphics drivers and selecting the Clean Install option (this may affect any custom settings you have setup for your graphics card) Please make sure your graphics card driver is up to date.
